There are three options for registering for the contest.
1. Complete and Submit the online registration form to the right, then click on the PayPal Payments button to make payment electronically.
The amount you are paying must be entered on the shopping cart form. The correct amounts are:
$ 35 for UPCA/CIPC members $ 40 for Non-members
2. Complete and Submit the online registration form to the right, then mail your check to the address above to arrive by April 24, 2009.
3. Click the Printable Page button below, complete the printed form and mail it with your check to the address above.
