It is important that all Member Clubs be represented at the Meeting by one or more of their members. The quorum to conduct business requires the presence of at least ten Member Clubs. All other interested persons and organizations are invited to attend to learn more about UPCA and its activities.
In particular, representatives of pipe clubs which have not yet joined UPCA, especially newly formed clubs and those in formation, are urged to participate. This is an opportunity to meet colleagues from many different clubs, to learn what they are doing and to pick up ideas for your own group. Note that Matt Guss will make a special presentation on:
"The Seattle Pipe Club: Is this any way to run a pipe club?"

The Annual Meeting permits you to participate directly in a review of UPCA's purposes and operations - to help chart the organization's future course and to exchange information. Please come with your ideas and suggestions regarding UPCA's on-going role and how it might provide greater benefits to its Members and the broader American pipe smoking community.
